We had to change things around to get this game approved. We had to list it as one multicache rather than separate caches for each washer. We also had to make it a permanent cache with the option of the first 17 finders being able to play poker as a bonus.
The first step is to find at least 3 of the code words. This should also make it so only people who are serious about playing poker get signed up. Once you have 3 of the code words, enter them on the sign up page. If they are correct and if there are slots available then you will be given the coordinates for the ante bucket and you will be able to sign up and claim your spot. You will not, however, be able to pick cards until the nutty ones have verified your ante item.
The items in the ante bucket become the prize for the winning hand, please make your item something special for someone to win. We have requested for this round that the item have a value of at least five dollars.
Once your ante item has been verified you can begin picking your cards.
After you have picked your first 3 cards, you will have 2 chances to try to improve
your hand. You will need to go out and find the other code words. Then you can put two of your cards back and then draw new ones. The way the program is written now there is a possibility of picking the same card that you just put back. (This might be a flaw or it might add to the excitement but that is how this game works.) After 5 picks your hand is pat.
Cards are picked from a 52 card deck with nothing wild. The deck is shuffled
each time a card is picked. We can play until we have an undisputable winner or if it drags on then we will set an ending date.
In case of a tie, the player who signed up to play first will win.
